I have subscribed to scannerlive to listen to VBPD live stream and cannot figure out how to set it up. I have tried many way and times. Please help me.....

I'm not from that area, but have seen another thread about Virginia Beach here. One of the newest entries (5:11 PM yesterday by BEP) states there are no streams available for VBPD at this time, probably due to the switch to a new system.
As far as ScannerLive setup, you're probably aware, but just in case - User's Guide is here..
