Livingston County weird transmission

Picked this up this morning at 0147 on Livingston County LE Simulcast, doesn't sound like anything I've ever heard in the county before; there was a manhunt going on around that time, not sure if there were some 3 letter agencies on PD band, anybody got any clues?

Perry PD in Wyoming County. Maybe a patch was put In pool place or your scanner was tuned to their frequency. Perry PD operates on Wyoming county Sheriff frequency

The Livingston County trunk includes patches to Wyoming and Ontario county law enforcement talk groups so what joespca said makes perfect sense. I'm not familiar with WyoCo law enforcement radio identifiers but someone calling "Warsaw" is definitely talking to the Wyoming 911 center...

Definitely audio from Wyoming County SO. They identify themselves as WY-(car number) and Warsaw is their dispatch. Someone patched something together for the time being instead of using the Wyo Co Sheriffs patch on the system so they could communicate to Livingston Co rather than having Livingston Co switch to the Wyo Co patch channel? just speculation but seems plausible
