Lock out on Radio Shack Pro 163

3 of the banks on my scanner says "All channels Locked out!". I am able to unlock individual channels on the other banks, but I need help on unlocking entire banks.

While scanning press the list # You want to unlock, or to lockout.

function # 6 and then it will ask you if you want to unlock all channels

If Im thinking right, it will say that when there is nothing programmed in that bank.

When you are scanning only a single bank or only multiple banks that have no frequencies programed in them, that is what the scanner will display.

Thanks everyone for the help....I didn't realize it would display locked channels when nothing in the bank is programmed...Thanks so much...I'm cookin' with gas now!!!
