Lockout of WX on PSR600

All,
Is there a way to lockout the frequencies associated with the WX (Weather) frequencies on the PSR600. Several of my local PD and FD frequencies are close to the weather frequencies.( I have attempted the traditonal lockout functionality, with no success). Although I have set the attenuator on my PD and FD frequencies, I am still hearing the weather frequencies. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

What are you saying, that the NWS freqs are interfering with your reception of your local pd??
If so then you have a NWS transmitter somewhere close to you. I have the same issue and using the ATT and using pl/dcs tones helps.

Exactly the same issue. I have used ATT. However, I am not familiar with pl/dcs tones. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

First determine if your departments use pl/ dcs tones from the radio ref database, Then add them as an optional object in the lists on your pro-197.
