You should be able to pick up Lone Tree dispatch (Parker PD 1) on Riley pretty regularly, as well as on Castle Rock and Smoky Hill. However, as Jim says, if you can get the Chevron tower, it is your best bet, especially if they go to channel 2 or 3.
