look familiar? 166.45 & 166.5

Anybody recognize these two repeaters that got into NYC with a band opening last summer?
both had tones of 173.8
sounds like a national park of sorts
166.45 Maint. mentioning "glass holes" a fire break and a RR crossing
166.5 "Fire" base "5-7" with 08:00 roll call

any help is appreciated

Probably not going to get many bites, as many of the NPS systems are converting or converted already to P25.
