Lookin for MALL SECURITY CHANNELS FOR Riverside,California for my BCT8 SCANNER ?

help any one know these frequency's cant find the mall security frequency / channel's in my city RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA AND HOW TO PROPERLY PROGRAM THEM INTO MY BCT8 BEARCAT SCANNER..I HAVE LOOKED AT THE MANUAL BUT IM A SCANNER NEWBIE

Try the GMRS/FRS or MURS frequencies. These are listed here in the database and it is a search function in most scanners.

Have you looked in the frequency database yet? If not, go to the top of the page and click on Databases. From there, browse to the state and then the county you want.

If it is not listed, try posting in the CA Radio Discussion Forum.

It looks like some or all of that county run an EDACS radio system. Not sure if the BCT-8 can follow that or not. Someone else can let you know.
