Looking for people in rochester ny

Hello well i am new to this forum but not new to scanning, i just lost intrest in it do to the fact i have had all working frequencies that i could find. I have not been able to find people near me with any new frequencies. i still get my scanner out to listen to local police/fire. i cant afford a better scanner than what i have. a uniden bc60xlt-1 a simple scanner. maybe some one could give me idea's on some frequencies of intrest i scan for othere police,fire,etc..
any one with any new frequencies in my area?
