Hi guys. As the title states, I’m looking for recommendations on a solid desk stand for my SDS100 scanner. I’m using the “heavy leather“ Scanner Master case, so it has to be compatible (fit well) with that. I’m also using the large battery pack, so it has to work with that as well.

I have an old plastic case that I bought many years ago from a place (forgot the name) near Chicago for a Uniden BC200 scanner. I’m hoping to find something similar.

I’ve seen both metal and plastic over the years and would probably prefer plastic or nylon material.

Thanks for any and all recommendations you have!

I've been browsing for stands for my sds100 and I haven't come across many that will fit a case. This stand might work for you. It uses the belt clip stud to hold it in place. This one on amazon would also work.

Thanks itchy201,

If I don’t see any other options in the next week or so, I’ll probably try that stand in your 2nd link.

Thanks again! I really appreciate it!!!

Itchy, I just looked at that stand. I’m not sure if it will work with the heavy leather Scanner Master case.

Does anyone have any other recommendations?

Just an idea. If you search the forum, there were people who used 3D printers to make stands. Maybe one of them could modify the printer programming dimensions to accommodate the case.

You're right. If he has a digital caliper, he could take a measurement side-to-side & front-to-back, add 1/8 of an inch for a fudge factor and someone could adjust the existing .STL file on a file, slice it, export the G-CODE file and print it.

I've bought a few things from him. He also custom makes stands. That's how I wound up with stands for my Whistler TRX-1, both with and without the case installed. The coupon just came in my email.
