They are assigned by user or person programming the radio, there is no way for anyone to know without knowing user and monitoring, unless in database. Color Code could be same or different for each frequency, 0-15, and slot could be 1,2, or both.

Since these are not in the database I suggest you re-read post #5, try color code 0-15 and both slots.

How do you know the mobile frequencies you inquired about are in use & are DMR if you don't have a DMR receiver? Just because frequencies and emissions are listed on the license doesn't guarantee their use. You'll need to be in close proximity to the address on the license or wherever event(s) is/are held to hear the class MOs you listed
