You interested in a base or mobile scanner?

I know alot of people here like the 396T for the digital systems.

I have had my 396T for about 8 months now. I have had scanners for the la r 20 years and I think it's one of the best one I ever had. For programming, I bought the ARC program. It makes a big difference, than programming it manualy. I think you won't go wrong.

The BCD996T is by far the best scanner I have used. My father-in-law has one. I have used it quite a bit around my area. It has great audio, great receive, and too many features to list.

It is a very sensitive little scanner on VHF-High and 800 MHz (the main systems he monitors).

www.usascan.com usually has some of the better prices and fast shipping! If I had the $$$, I would own one myself!
