after searching i have noticed that the newtown fire and ems live feed have been deleted and removed Newtown Fire / EMS / Underwater Search & Rescue Live Audio Feed

Newtown police are encrypted so you don't need to worry about that.

Fire and ems are analog, so you can buy a cheap scanner from amazon
