Louisville 900 Mhz Mysteries

I have been doing some exploring, and since nothing is licensed, it is difficult.
Anyway, this is what I have...
There appears to be five or six different systems or sites. Anybody want to help tackle this. Asterisk means confirmed LTR LCN with RS 2055. And I seem to be missing some frequencies.
The bottom frequencies below, either have no LTR pulses or not able to get a reading just yet.
