low band skip in nc

Folks i picked up 39.64, 39.94 both were digital. does anyone know who might be using digital in the low band?

I've heard various digital modes in lowband when the band is open, however I've never heard Project 25 digital voice. What digital mode are you hearing? Is it P-25 or something else?

I have heard what sounds like P25 on 39.64 also,and theres no radios that do p25 in low band so i thought it was a link or patch.still odd
and up here no skip for the past two weeks,just 30.45 and 42.06 mhp but not longer than 2 or 3 min.

Could be Army Reserve. There has been reports of them using P25 across low band.

i am using pro2096 to pick up 39.64 and 39.94 if the skip starts back up i will try to listen for locations.thanks too all for posting.
