We've noticed a huge increase in rants and negative posts that revolve around agencies going to encryption due to the broadcasting of scanner audio on the internet. It's now worn out and continues to be the same recycled rants. These rants hijack the threads and derail the conversation. They no longer have a place anywhere on this forum other than in the designated threads in the Rants forum in the Tavern.

I was wondering how to use the LRRP.exe program that came with an earlier version of DSD+. I have looked thru the old text files from previous versions and have not been able to find any kind of documentation on what it does and how to use it. I know it's a map program possibly for tracking/locating aircraft, etc. Any help would be appreciated.

It has nothing to do with aircraft, that's for sure. It'll show GPS positions for MotoTRBO radios using Motorolas LRRP protocol. 3rd party GPS systems won't work. I haven't seen many examples of DMR radios in planes, so I think that's off the list :)
