A TGID not in the RR db is active tonight as the threat of snow, sleet or rain comes to the county. It is 33168 and clearly is the "Burlco Hwy Dept" -- my choice for an alpha label -- based upon discussions of trucks, salt and storm preparations. Years ago the freq was 45.8000 MHz but nothing on the low band frequency tonight.

I don't know what category the Highway Dept fits into. Perhaps a "Burlington County Government" category in the RR db?

Anyone have a ProScan file for a 996XT of the BurlCo TRS .
I have the upload from here, but I like to see how others set it up.

I can provide the files in two formats and CSV if it would help. Each county has its own scanlist (trunked followed by conventional), plus one scanlist for the NJ state stuff. I've gone back and forth on the 700 MHz stuff and right now it's not in the scanner. Not terribly interested in DOT ESR's. FWIW my Burlco scanlist includes the Burlco Highway Dept mentioned above. Steve W2SJW told me of four additional county government TGIDs not included in the RR db, but absolutely no hits on those in the past three weeks. Been running wildcards in some of the scanlists to see what may turn up.

Anyone know what TG 17296 should be tagged as. It used to be a rarely used patch channel for the NC PD zone but Evesham twp is using it today for traffic ops.

Geographically, Woodland Twp is in the NE section of this county? Heh...

And I have heard Evesham running vehicle stops (tags, stickers, lights) with a spotter and a catcher. but i haven't paid attention to the TGID. I wonder what the timetable for completion of the reworked TGIDs that began two months ago?

I have the same info as you; haven't heard about any change for this talkgroup. I wonder if jeff has any insight?

The county has recycled 4 of the PD patch talkgroups. 17296 is Detail 1, 17936 is Detail 2, 18608 is Detail 3, and 19280 is Detail 4. Detail 1 & 2 will replace OPS 1 & 2 in the PD radios; Detail 3 & 4 will replace OPS 3 & 4 in the Fire/EMS radios. The OPS channels are the simplex channels in bank C. I also heard that Woodland Twp was supposed to go to the NE zone, No sense in having 2 FD's & 2 EMS units in their own zone. One less group the operator has to monitor.

More updates: The Event, Detective, and PD C2C TGs will be kept. The IAC TG's are being renamed to INTEROPS. INTEROPS 1: 16176; 2:16336; 3:16368; 4:19504; 5:16976; 6:17616; 7:18960; 8:18288. CW FIRE POLICE will just be called FIRE POLICE:16560. They are adding the municpal UHF, some neighboring county UHF and some school and business repeaters. I have also heard that the UTAC channels are being renamed, I'll confirm this. Fire & EMS will be reprogrammed towards the end of the year, no major changes.
