I hate to post without any major details, but here goes...
Major working fire, Bern Township, PA, in the area of Old Bernville Road and West Leesport Road.
Zone 4 tanker task force has been dispatched, 2 fill sites as of now (0223), Relocating units from Lancaster County and Schuylkill County to cover companies already at the fire. Out of county companies include Lancaster County Tanker 1-1-1 (Adamstown?), Stevens Fire Co., and Deer Lake.
(UPDATE 0242: From Bern Township Command, bulk of fire building has collapsed, still encountering heavy fire condition, exposures on side B are protected and being monitored. Further report to come later. Rehab is on north side of fire building and a canteen is now on scene.)
(UPDATE 0247: From Bern Township Command, chimney is down and Met-Ed reporting power is shut down.)
