Manchester Fire Aid and Rescue Squad ?

With the good tropo conditions a few days ago I picked up 151.2425 DCS 631. I don't see a listing in the RR DB for Manchester, the FCC has it though. The only other real possibility is Maryland Dept of Natural Resources though it doesn't really sound like that activity and MD DNR uses CTCSS from what I've seen.

Attached is a sample I have. Rename the file with .wav as the extension.

They use a DPL code of 134 and MDC-1200. You'd hear 29x unit numbers since first aid only uses it.

Yes. Squad 29 uses it, aside from County EMS-1.
