When you look at the USA, you will see SC green, meaning there is updated freq's within the last 24 hours. But when you click on the state there in no county in green so you don't know what was updated?

I've noticed this the last few updates.

Not my PC as I can find the green counties in GA, Richmond and Bigg are in green to indicate update's.

When you're looking at that "State" page, click on the "Trunked" tab at the top and scroll down a ways.

Looks like someone corrected the map.
No, the explanation given in the second post was accurate.

The Palmetto 800 system was updated about 1 hour before your OP yesterday. The update that lit up Richland Co., SC happened about 30 minutes before your post quoted above.
