Marcs and prs-700

Trying to manually program grecom prs-700 for MARCS. I have manually entered area sites but and talkgroups for the area but all I get is what sounds like digital noise. I guess what I need to know is do I enter all freqs for each site or just the controller freq. Do I have to enter each talkgroup manually with the dec id? Is there any other settings that I should check?

It will not work on MARCS. MARCS uses digital voice, the PSR-700 is an analog scanner. You need a digital scanner to listen to MARCS.
