does any one have an file for the arc 996 software for the statewide marcs system i have used the one here and the one on the monix groups but when i import them it's blank

It would probably be easier for you to make your own. MARCS is a huge system, and since your radio can only handle 200 talkgroups per system, I highly doubt one you find on the internet would cover your geographic location.
