Marlborough (Marlboro) frequencies

I'm scanning Marlborough PD (859.4625) and FD (858.4625) with a BCD996XT. Signal strength seems to be good (3-4/5 bars) but I'm not getting any audio. Are they using standard FM, or have they gone digital? No results on P25 either.

(added both spellings for the town for easier searching)

Marlboro Police should be 856.4625 D-023 (Ch.1) and 857.4625 D-023 (Ch.2). Fire frequency should be on the one you are monitoring. Ensure you have them set to FM mode.

I'm hearing the FD on the frequency you have listed with a tone of D023 in the Boston area. Check your programming in should be programmed as an analog frequency. I don't listen to the PD.

Marlboro FD is 858.4625 D023. Marlboro PD is 856.4625 same tone. I think you guys are getting the frequencies mixed up, hope this helps.
