Starting about 0045, WVSP started searching for someone that ran into a church near City Hospital with a car. Skinny black male took off into the woods towards martin's Landing. Foot chase started. Picked up a blood trail that went to Martin's Landing. Martinsburg City PD and Berkeley Co. Sheriff's Office helping with the search.
