not really sure what's going on in Martinsburg. PD is on Fire/EMS TAC4 (TG 1139) for some reason. I started hearing traffic this morning about 4:45AM. there was a rescue unit on the same TG then I heard a what I think is a Berkeley Co. Deputy trying to talk to Martinsburg Officer. I then heard the rescue unit be marked out at the "special detail".
as I was leaving for work, I started hearing a few, not all, officers using encryption on TAC4. as of right now (listening to the stream from home at work) Martinsburg PD is in-the-clear and others are running encryption.
I'm going to listen to the audio recordings and post what I find out.
I've heard mention of Raleigh and Race, so I think whatever it is happend in the attached image.
listening to recored audio from about 6AM, sounded like a Sheriff's Dept dispatcher on TAC4 as well. heard one officer stage at Universe and another stage at Center. also heard an deputy say he had a subject that met the description given earlier (scar on shoulder) detained and will be transporting him to wait on "federal" (I guess he means "feds").
7:00AM - hearing traffic from my stream about an actual address of 200 South Kentucy Ave. also heard an officer or deputy ask for EMS to the Center Street location. they sound like they are bring a dog and a video camera to one of the locations.
7:36 - sounds like there are a few more being arrested.
7:46 - seems like they were delivering suspects/subjects to a federal building. I'm not sure where one is in Martinsburg.
I'll post audio later tonight when I can post all of it together.
