I can look at your configuration. Using EZScan, Go to File | Save Current Configuration to Archive, and save the zip file that is created to your desktop. Then reply to this post and attach the zip file using the "Attach files" button on the bottom left side of the message window.

Welp , Took a little road trip to Elkton today .. TRX 1 is programmed properly , All kinds of voice on all the Cecil County tg's .. Got about a mile form home and lost the voice .. Looks like a new antenna is needed to follow this system . Had the system till i got to 4 Seasons Parkway ..
Most Excellent! At least you know your programmed right!! You may have some luck with a different antenna configuration/experimentation at your home location.. Might wanna think about saving up/trading up for an SDS100/200 though.
That is good news. It's worth the $25 to get the Remtronix antenna to see it it helps.
I'm wondering if the reconfiguration of the Cecil Simulcast cell is somehow not complete. It makes sense that the Cecil 911 tower site (which *seems* to be closest to the user) would have a directional antenna oriented westward, but I would have expected a bit more range into DE out of that site - and the fact that GRE / Whistler scanners are notorious for having "hot" front ends.... Perhaps once Cecil formally switches over and the Cecilton site comes online, the user's reception will improve - but I think in the end a SDS or Unication solution will be the answer.

Experimenting with DSD+ on the Anne Arundel site today. It appears that the ISSI link with PG County is still *somewhat* configured. Sys ID 2A8 reports as a neighbor, but its "Info [is] Outdated." I don't see evidence of this on Unitrunker 2, but it might alternately flash on Unitrunker 1. Connected to Site 1-1 (Baltimore.)
In regards to your comment about Cecil Sites .. I don't think the Cecilton Tower is online yet ?? And right now there are only 4 Talk Groups on the system as far as i can tell ? They are still saying they wont go live until June 24th .

With reguards to the Maryland First System, I am receiving it in Delaware Fine, I live Near the intersection of Delaware 1 and US Rout 13 Tybouts Corner, I am Using a Uniden BCD436Hp Scanner, Its Programed Using Uniden's/Radio Reference Data Base Don't know if this will help.
You just might want to have a wildcard in the programming.....
Only 4 in the Confirmed RRDB, but we need to figure out what all these will end up being used for (Somehow?)

The Cecilton standalone site is not on the air as of yet - but should be very soon. It will need to be added to user's configurations because it will have a its own control channel and voice channels. It can be done now by the ambitious and those wanting to be "prepared."

Does anyone know what is going on with Monkey County and when they might add a twr here so we can get the MD 1st System? Right now the nearest tower to me here in Aspen Hill, MD is in Howard County and even tho i have one of my antennas pointed right at it still no joy. I am running 4 scanners and an EFJohnson 5100 Ascend ES portable that works in the 700/800 band it will do phase 1, smartnet and smartzone but not phase 2. I have the software to program it so everytime we take a trip to Rehoboth i make sure I have Sussex Cnty programed into it so I can use it over their..
By the end of 2019 is the target date for FIRST in Montgomery and Prince George's County. There is community concern over a proposed new tower site along the ICC at Georgia Avenue. FIRST freqs for Prince George's County were recently granted FCC licenses, using existing tower sites.

Does anyone know a time table when the system will be active in Frederick Co.?
It has been active in Frederick County for several years now. They will be adding more sites over time, but these are the ones within the county:
Bridgeport
Gambrills Mtn
Marlu Ridge
Sites in neighboring counties fill in coverage near their borders.
