It depends on the county and area on I-95, since MSP barracks mostly only patrol the area in which it located. Around 3-4 barracks have parts of I-95 with the areas near the tolls handled by MdTA Police. MSP is not central dispatched and each barrack handles dispatch for their assigned areas.

For the frequencies check the database. In Maryland it's listed as 'Dept of State Police'. For the most part it's a 39 mhz system and simplex, meaning that it's not repeated over a wide area. You will need a pretty decent mobile antenna to hear them. I would always keep 155.73 (portables) and if I was in the Cecil county area, 151.04 (which is the SHA repeater - which serves as the translator for the 39.24 Barracks M freq) handy.

Not necessarily in any particular order, Barracks A, Q, P, F, M, R and D would cover the I95 corridor from the Delaware line to the DC line.
If I were in Montgomery or PG county I would also keep 39.62 handy, as that's the PMARS translator from 800 mhz 73s Mike
