MedFlight ATC

Does MedFlight use ATC (Air Traffic Control) Frequencies as they approach Columbus or as they become airborne from various runs in the state?

I am aware of the MARCS Information.

While I can't speak for Columbus, down the road in Huntington, WV, they announce to ATC, as well as on Helicopter Air to Air (123.025 mhz).
