I live in Carmel and am wondering what frequencies to monitor to hear medical helicopter dispatches and traffic. Both IU and St. V.

155.1600 Lifeline Helo's (IU Health) 192.8 PL (131.8 PL when they are doing work on the gear.)
151.7825 StatGround (St. Vincent's) 91.5 PL
151.7875 StatFlight (St. Vincent's) 91.5 PL
151.5050 AEL (Air Evac Lifeteam) Nationwide Repeater ***Unknown as to PL/DPL yet***
You should aslo pay attention to the Air Medical TG on SAFE-T "Flightwatch"
There are also 2 Air Medical TG's on IDPSC TRS... Have not heard them used yet.

The talkgroup that was not posted above is talkgroup 5040 on Safe-t. This is called Flightwatch." Talkgroup 5040 does have a lot of radio traffic and has heavy use". I have never heard any radio traffic on IDPSC on the Air Medical Talkgroups as I monitor those talkgroups all the time.

On StatFlight, and StatGround... They are BOTH licensed for DMR usage on the freqs.... SO if you hear digital, please let us all know.
