I have noticed that medshore has some of the ambulances got to A or B. I don’t see them listed on here. Anyone have info on what these talkgroups are?

Try this again. Medshore has some of their ambiance’s go the channel A or B, I think for general transport. I don’t see these talkgroups listed on the database. Anyone have info on these talkgroups?

I don't know the precise talkgroups used for those specific channels. But I would suspect that they're in the range of 51700-51720. 517xx is the statewide medical transport talkgroup range, so it's a good place to start. You'll need to search for new talkgroups and see if you can correlate traffic that you hear. This assumes that these talkgroups are carried on the site you're monitoring at the time. There's no guarantee that they are, so even if you knew the talkgroup value, you may not hear them.

I know Medshore also has contracts for 911 ambulance service (or did at one time) with certain counties (Barnwell and Bamberg come to mind) and those units may use a talkgroup in those counties' talkgroup ranges.
