I was in Wallingford today Had my 996xt on and Heard Meriden police dispatch and soon Officers Anybody know what's going on Well they go full time encrypted are back in the clear like middlebury pd and Naugatuck pd and new Britain pd

Are you 100 percent sure it was Meriden police ,the data bAse is showing all their channels encrypted, and I can't see them going in the clear,unless something has changed recently- if they did go in clear that's good for people in Meriden. Keep listening and see if anything changes.

Yes it is Meriden Frequency 854.2875 Nnac 203 Dispatch is in the clear Some units are in the clear
