Mesa FD Dispatch

I just started listening to Mesa fire dispatch. I noted that after they dispatch the fire truck they say "2 dot 3", "2 dot 4" etc.
What do theses codes mean?

I haven’t listened for a while, but are you sure you are not hearing “C Deck 3” and “C Deck 4”. These are channel assignments. “C Deck” is a zone on fire radios for channels that are on the TRWC Trunked System:

“C Deck 3” is channel C3 (talkgroup 3066 on the TRWC) and is assigned for medical or non-hazard calls in Mesa.
“C Deck 4” is channel C4 (talkgroup 3067 on the TRWC) and is assigned for medical or non-hazard calls in Gilbert, Queen Creek, or Superstition.

Thank you Cellphone for the response. After listening more closely I believe that you are correct. I'm loosing my hearing and I really have to concentrate to hear some pitches of sound.
