Not sure what happened. Using ProScan to stream. At first all the scanner text color on the physical scanner matched that when I'd listen online through a browser. Now all text through browser is just blue with a black background, although color scheme on scanner itself hasn't changed. What could have happened here? Thank you.

If the colors are that way on the browser side then most certainly the same colors are on the server side so I would focus on the server side.
It sounds like the ProScan user defined colors are being used and not Sentinel. That could caused by a ProScan config issue or a Sentinel profile.cfg file issue.

I would first check the ProScan Options - Scanner Specific tab. "Display Color Mode" should be set to "Use Sentinel profile.cfg File Defined Colors"
Next click on the button "Sentinel profile.cfg File Location" then make sure the correct folder is selected.
If still fails then go into Sentinel menu Edit -> Edit Display. If you don't see Edit Display then change the Sentinel Target Model to SDS200.

Thank you. I'm getting an error message saying "unable to locate the sentinel profile.cgf folder" and to try again. When I try again, I get the same error.

It seems to be in the correct folder and pointed where it needs to be. So I'm really confused, lol.

You need to find the location of the Sentinel profile.cfg file. To do that, go to Sentinel menu Tools -> Options. Note the location of Sentinel folder. In ProScan, select the same Sentinel folder location then click a folder below that called Profile. Under that are the profile folders. Select one.

I just saw this. Did you go to Sentinel and verified the Target Model is set to SDS200?

I've uninstalled and reinstalled sentinel. Once I open it up, it wants to reconstruct the full database. Then it just gets stuck as indicated here. I can't imagine it takes more than an hour to do this, but alas... Here I am. I'll let this finish overnight. Maybe by morning, I'll be able to open the software and attempt the couple suggestions you've made. I appreciate the help and will get back to you in the morning.
