Yes Ops 11 is a training TG. Also it's Douglas County not just Metcom.

Ops 11 & 13 are designated for Mutual Aid between MetCom units and Douglas County units. If an incident occurs where Franktown, Castle Rock or Franktown is running with South Metro or Parker those are the primary Ops channels to be used. None of the Douglas County units have MetCom Operations Channels programed.

Normally for training MetCom will use Ops 9 and DC Fire will use their FG 8 & Ops 9. Those channels aren't recorded, so when the training divison wants to listen to everything afterwards they have to be assigned a primary operations channel that is recorded.

Traffic should start up again with a new evolution around 1300.
