Perhaps the point of the OP is that MLF has abandoned these TG's for Air Ops as they've consolidated FCO dispatch operations with Promedica.

Thats interesting... I've noticed now I havn't heard them lately...
They fly over my area when they go to Mercy Health Hospital in Lorain...
They also use Lorain County Regional airport... I think they keep a copter there...

I did hear Cleveland Metro Life Flight use the MARCS TGID's assigned to them this morning...
So they have not totally abandoned them for Promedica...
