I've not heard a thing in Years on the Buff's
The only ones still active are Boston Citywide and Middlesex Notification

464.9000 is not Metro Radio (MRS)

464.9000 is/was BRS, which was known to keep moving frequencies every so often

the fire buff channel.......464.900

They seem to be back on the air on 464.900 but still seem to be having problems the units are very scratchy into the repeater almost unreadable at times. I think it's now called FRS "Fire Radio System".
