I monitored a Capacity Plus system on 462.300, DCC 5 with LSN 1/2 (LCN 1) in the vicinity of Honolulu. There are only two licenses for that area (both are conventional), however I believe that this system actually belongs to the Mid-Pacific Institute, a college prep school in Honolulu for grades 6-12. Even though the license is for conventional, they are licensed for DMR mode and their radio provider likely set them up for Capacity Plus. The only talkgroup I caught was 30 with a radio ID in the 10xxx range. Perhaps someone in the area can confirm this system? The license is WPPY596.

If it's only one frequency with the same TG being used on both slots.... could it be a Hytera Pseudo-Trunked System?

Sorry I jumped the gun. After looking at the FCC ULS database for them, I see that PWC was involved with this radio system. That more than likely rules out Hytera.
