Milwaukee County pro 164 HELP ME!!!!

hi all i live in Milwaukee County and i need help with programing my pro 164 with Milwaukee County
800 freq. and i have tryed reading the Easier to Read
Pro-97/2055 Scanner Manual.
and that made ir HARDER to understand how to program the trunked freq for Milwaukee County, jail ,and other trunked freq and , the TGIDS PLESE can someone TELL ME HOW TO DO IT STEP BY STEP ?

like with the waukesha county trs they have rebanded, you will need programing software to make it much easier, im not sure if anyone have programed their pro-164 or psr300 successfully without it. i have been using arc300 for mine. the problem is custom mapping

arc300 does have a free trial period, i think its like 30 days
