Milwaukee County Trunked Radio System Problem?

Anyone else in the SE part of the County having problems with signal dropping out, and interference since Sunday morning? I did hear a few Cops mention radio problem, and a dispatcher tell a Cop he cut out. Sometimes 5 bars drop to 1, and lot a crackling and other noises. This is on 4 different scanners. I noticed this on some of the feeds too, but not as bad as mine. I am a few blocks away from 27th & Oklahoma.

We are located in sw Milwaukee county and the signal noise is terrible here also along with the signal drop off
Thinking one of the tower must be having a issue. Thought one of my scanners was having a issue. Missing some of the calls. Listening is not easy.

I am surprised Radio Service wasn't called yesterday. My Guess is maybe a problem at the Greenfield tower.

Same with Waukesha. I wonder if has something to do with the work being done on the Oasis system?
