Minnesota Civil Air Patrol Frequencies

I was snooping around on-line this morning and ran across a Minnesota CAP Power Point. In it, they reference:

Purple Plan:
170.000 MHz(CAP FM Ch 34)

Gold Plan:
167.950 MHz(CAP FM Ch 35)

However, I see absolutely no reference to whether this is analog or P25. And, if it is analog, what is the PL/DPL. I suppose it could be carrier squelch, but I rather doubt it at this point.

If it is P25, then what is the NAC Code. Anyway, has anybody monitored these frequencies?

I think those 2 freqs are associated with fire spotting....

And that makes perfect sense. Do you have any idea on mode (analog or P25) and any PL/DPL/NAC Codes?

A couple years ago when we had large wildfires in North Texas the CAP flew airborne NIRSC command repeaters over the fire area all day for about 2 weeks.
