Mirage BD 35 no VHF output

The output is zero I tested it with my mobile on VHF to make sure my SWR meter was working and it worked with the mobile the UHF output on the BD 35 work still the VHF relay is clicking as if it's engaging but there is no output it worked earlier today when I tested it can it be repaired or is it worth just getting a new one

I looked at a picture of the circuit board online and opened it up and there was a resistor touching another wire that I did not see touching me online picture so I use the small screwdriver and pushed it away slightly so it was not touching and it works now
