Missing N Canton woman

I don't know if you mean frequency searches or physical searches for the missing girl.

I live 2 blocks away from the crime scene and have been searching news media frequencies. I found Fox 8 talking on their repeater input (I'm at work and don't remember the freq), but could not hear the repeater itself. I also found what appears to be the Canton Repository on 453.000 but the voice is scrambled. Everything else seems to be cellular or encrypted.

As for the physical searches in the neighborhood. We were not aware there was going to be a search until people were looking through our trash cans and back yards. It appears it was more set up by the family and friends of Jessie.

I was surprised to see that the crime scene was not more secure, evidence/tamper tape on the doors, etc. It seems that the scene was turned over to the family and then the FBI went in and did their thing. But I am not LE and do not know current SOPs for securing such scenes. Gretta Van Sustern from Fox was there yesterday.

The frequency is 868.40000 which is Stark county SO and they are using trunk ID # 19280 FD Central and ID # 19312 FD West. Hope that answers your question.

I guess that why they "value" encryption so much. Allows the bad guys, who are masquerading as good guys to remain bad guys. Why says Canton has nothing to hide.
