MN ARMER STac 8?

STac 8 (24102) is super busy with what seems to be normal Minneapolis area police calls. Why would this be?

I've got unitrunker running on Hennepin west and haven't gotten a hit on STAC-8 since 08-17-2022. Must not be catching it on Hennepin west.

It is Ramsey county central (11518). Without looking too closely, it looks like it has been continuous since ~6:40 am on August 8th.

As mentioned above, I believe it is State Fair communications. At least that is what it sounded like on Tuesday when I stumbled on it.
