It’s a nmo puck antenna but is missing the giant rubber pad like a mouse pad type material, the bottom of the antenna Nmo has a small Oring but there needs to be support. Not the greatest picture but hopefully it can tell the story a little. This is made by Larsen and the model# TRAB1500.
I was going to build my own and use a mouse pad but I figured I’d let the world suggest something. I’ve reached out to Arcadian but got nowhere, I cannot contact Larsen because I’m not affiliated with anyone important 😂

That's a Laird antenna, not a Larsen.

With the O-ring installed, it'll keep the mount waterproof. The outer gasket just keeps moisture from collecting under the antenna.
You could make your own with rubber gasket sheet. You can often get that at good hardware stores in the plumbing department.

But, I wouldn't sink a lot of effort into it. Those antennas are notorious for suckage. They do not work well. They are very narrow banded and don't like high power (pretty much anything over 50-60 watts).
It will be something to try, but everyone (and I do mean everyone) that has tried one of those has regretted it. Don't expect miracles.

RX only and with in its specs 150-168mhz. You’re right! It is indeed a antenex which I think is now owned by Laird…idk, but the antenna works VERY well for me and my area I travel in, I couldn’t be happier.

now that I think about it, this probably gives me a extra 2HP with that extra airflow, plus it’s chromed so that makes the air go by faster 😂
