I went to dragon festival and was trying to monitor the buses.
I found frequencies listed in the database
452.26250
452.36250
452.46250
452.73750

159.49500000

but no actvity on these.
Anybody know if they have changed to a different group of frequencies?

Are you referring to this Home | Dragon Festival ? While I am not familiar with this particular festival, I will say that a number of festivals over the years have been known to use rental radios. The trouble is that still begs the question what radios and on what frequencies? The answer, of course, unless you happen to have insider information, is to search, search, and then search. They might come up on an LTR. The good thing is, if you figure out what rental radio talkgroups are used on a particular system, those same talkgroups might be used again for other festivals. The Minnesota State Fair is one of the biggest festivals in Minnesota. You might even want to check previous posts regarding that and see if those same rental radios and talkgroups are used for say The Aguatennial, The Dragon Festival, etc.
