Monitor St. Tammany Parish Sheriff Office

Is anyone using DSD Plus to monitor the STPSO? If so, is there any traffic worth listening to? I live in Slidell, so it's no problem hearing them.

There are some surplus EDACS radios on ebay. Are these any good for monitoring?
