Going to be in the area of Rt 440 in Middlesex County (Woodbridge/Perth Amboy). Is that highway patrolled by local PD, or NJSP? If its NJSP, which system would it be on, Central or North?

Route 440 is patrolled by the State Troopers. Use Troop B (North) and the talk group for 5Com. You won't find Woodbridge or Perth Amboy on this road unless there is a major accident or hazmat event (a frequent occurrence unfortunately). Staten Island NYPD precincts 121 and 122 cover the eastern side of the bridge. See N2NOV.net for the the most up to date NYC data around. Be careful out there. Its an OLD roadway with loads of traffic.
