Montreal public security channels

I am running a BCD 536HP with a HG base scanner antenna from my apartment balcony. The Montreal public security channels have recently been available for free on the internet from Broadcastify. I can receive the fire channels and the public works channels but i can't get these security ones. Can anyone help me to get these channels? Thank u.

Thank you for replying. I am receiving a ton of Public Works calls but the law talk and public security are very few compared to what is available free on the net with Broadcastify.

I am up to date with Sentinel and RR.

Simply, everything that concern the police department is currently encrypted...

The public security depts are on "TRAVEAUX PUBLIQUE" tower.. same as the public works
The TGs are on RadioReference. Westmount PSO. T.M.R PSO....Pointe Claire PSO ...Cote St-Luc PSO & Cote St-Luc EMS are all monitorable
