Moody Fire - 154.815

I hear “chunks” of Moody FD comms (unencrypted) on 154.815 - digital modulation. Sounds to me like this is part of a DMR system. I have been unable find the other parts of the missing conversations on other published frequencies, and I cannot find anything in the RR database or FCC license data base to associate this frequency with anything near or associated with Moody or St Clair county

Ideas?

Your are prob. Hearing Leeds mototobro system.
If you are using a older scanner not capable of the step change its rounding up to that freq.
Unfortunately Leeds is fully encrypted.
Every thing is encrypted in St. Clair co .
With the expec. Of law north , law south , and co fire disp.and the so
Can't confirm but been told moody fire is clear.

Hello , and TNX for posting the information on Moody Fire.
I had both the Fire and Police in my radios at one time but it seemed the went encrypted so I removed both of them.
Can you pick up the Fire Dept. on an Analog Radio now ????

You can listen to County Fire, Law North, Law South, ST CO SO on VHF. You can listen to moody FD on DMR.
