when someone applies for a fcc license to transmit on a dmr / mototurbo system, are the color codes, slot, and tgid also listed on the application ? is this information also on the hard copy of the issued license sent to the user ? . if the answer is yes, why has not RR been upgrading their data base to reflect this information ? RR can do this so much faster easier because of there already very large data base, and computers with personal that know how to do it. just asking.

No, license applications does not include any details besides the types of emission being used. The FCC has no use for such information.

As a result, the RRDB cannot use information that does not exist. One can think of it like CTCSS/DCS information. It isn't known until someone is told about it or finds it on their own.

The information in RRDB and Wiki is based on User Contributions.

As SpitFire said, PL, DPL, NAC, DMR info is not part of the FCC License.
Altho Mode is, it doesn't help, until someone actually (OTA) monitors the system and spends the time to make a DB submission. There is still plenty of Public Safety info out there, in-use that has never been submitted

The Only answer is SEARCH (and not Google) :D
