motorola HT 1250

hello all,
could somebody tell me if there is a link that i could download the owners man.for the motorola HT 1250 ? an also is there a way that i could adjust the power output (1-5 watts) on this portable ? if so, how ?

The HT1250 requires software to program one of the buttons for high or low power. The radio tuning software can adjust the power levels IIRC. Figure out what you want and take the radio to a Motorola dealer to get it setup. Probably cost you $20 to $50 depending on what you need. There are no adjustments inside the radio for power levels.
